You might think that by achieving tis questions could result to achieve happiness. But the true is that none of these tings will make u substantially happier. But this does not mean that the goal of finding lasting happiness is unrealistics or naive. The catch is that we tend to look for happiness in the wrong places.

Research suggest that the initial steps to becoming happier can be implemented straight away. The first step involves recognizing that our yearning to increase our happiness is not just wishful thinking. It is a vitally important goal one that we all have a right to pursue and the wherewithal to achieve. Happiness isn't a knock of good fortune that we must await, like the end of the rainy season. Neither is is something that we must 'find' like a motorway exit or a lost wallet.

I had juz came bak frm our class outing to the sentosa... It was reali reali reali fun and tiring for me.... First of all i had not enuff slp cuz as usual plae dota wif vin, mal, zh and doug till morning 4am. Then i slep at 5am and eventually woke up at 9.30am. I troubled wai liang to miss call mi 15 times before being woke up by my mum. Then i went to met up wif them at the panjang mac to my surprise i onli saw crystal, kai and wailiang were the onli ones there. Not long later, the rest of the clicks zhihua, vin, keith, ahwang, lianjie and jingyou came and we had breakfast tgt at there. Then we took bus to harbourfront station to meet up wif vonne, mj and amy. Lastly we went to the palawan beach.. There we went sun tanning, soak ourselves in the sea, plae volleyboy and frisbie. We reached there at ard 1.30? ard tat tyme la then enjoy till 5pm.. It was rather funi where all the human cataputls were formed by us.. We took turns (some were being sabou haas) to become monkey in the sea where the ball is being thrown ard.. Then after wash up we went to have dinner at the harbour front hawker centre. Lastly after dinner all of us went bak on our seperate ways... Waa i damn tired till i listen to music and slept at the bus... I am also afraid will get sun burn... haas.. tmr is christmas eve le so0 fast sia.. dunoo how i will spent it... see u guys so0n.. veri so0n..

Yeshh i am bak to post this pics tat we took at town on the 13 dec... haas ps ar so0 late then post... We went to town for interview at yvonne's work place tat dae. So0 sori to make yvonee wait for us to have her lunch though i am not the reason.. We went to lucky plaza to have our lunch and after lunch it took us awhile to search the bubble tea store for yvonne. haas.. so0 blur rite ps la seldom go town le.. Then we accompany her bak to her workplace before we went to cine to decide wad movie to watch. In the end we nver watch cuz the seatings are limited. So0 we went to dota and own some pple lor... Later in the nite we met up wif wai liang cuz we are suppose to go to have a drink. Then we had other plan and we changed to torn and mal hse... Zhi hua and jing you came to mal hse also.. yoz yest is hallowen dae and it was fridae... My class ended at 12pm and i went to lim hse gym straight away... Ah wang tag along wif mi also... As usual do all the exercise there, damn tired... Then after the gym, there is a gatherin in the evening among us the sec clicks we decided to have a mini bbq at lim hse.. Everytin was done rather last min haha.. We went to buy all the neccesary items and foods.. Tyfin offered to bring his absolute vodka also and we bought the mixers.. Guys i am bak... 1st of all hapi depavali... Tis is how i spent my dae, tyfin and i went to gym at my sec bro lim yong condo which is at south heaven 2.. It was rather long tat i went to gym again and so0 i train most of the parts on my upper body... Waa the weight is veri heavi shag sia but slowly train lor bo bian... Tyfin ai zai try 30kg one lol... After the workout, we went to lim hse... I tell u smth i alwaes expect condo to be rather small or squeezy but then not lor.. His hse damn nice and spacious somemore 3 storey somemore last storey is rooftop nice rite... I wish i have a hse like tat in the future... And his hse like alot ancient stuffs verii china flavour and was veri neat and tidy... I was reaali shock... Then we met his parents and his younger bro.. Their family rather close like watch tv and go out tgt de... Then we were playin ps 2 in his rm... After tat we went to fin hse nearyby to eat... And i happen to find out my the other buddy bryan's father had a store selling nasi lemak there.. I heard frm tyfin tat it was not bad and he juz knew abt tat to0 after 4 years stayin there.. Haha... Of cuz is my favourite liverpool without torres again-faster get well! liverpool was 2-1 down at first half but went bak to win 3-2 once again we came bak frm the bak! todae is the 3rd dae of sch and there isnt much stuff to do todae... Crystal is bak wif us to sch and zhi hua did not cme to class todae... cme tmr ar bro! The 1st half of the class i was watchin anime as the rest are doin the installation of software... And for the 2nd half the class was rather dry but i felt that it will be a rather hard module for mi as i am weak in programmin... After class we were celebratin so0 cal belated birthdae for lianjie, meijing and crystal by eating at the bukit panjang plaza subway. Malcom, wai liang, lu hao, ah wang and rong yuan tag along wif the celebration.. Btw i will like to thx malcom for lendin mi his microsoft office for my desktop thx bro! I was rather tired when i went to sch due to the long hrs of lesson frm the previous dae... Todae my class started at 11am to 1pm and it was also rather a boring lesson to endure wif... yoz i am back... Yest was lian jie birthdae and we guys celebrated wif him rather late... As i was workin on the previous dae.. I woke up at 6pm and contact vin to find out more details about the celebration.. The initial plan is that we are goin to the kbox... At that time malcom went to buy a razor mouse for the birthdae boi... I meet up wif malcom, vin and lianjie and the panjang lrt station at ard 9.30... Over there we w8 for chenghao to drive us to the have our dinner at a coffee shop nearby... Keith caught up wif us too as he his riding on his bike along... At the coffee shop we decided tat each of us to choose a dish for our dinner and lian jie recomend a dish so0 call 'coffee pork' if i am not wrong.. It was indeed fill wif coffee taste after i tried it... While we finish our meal, jingyou and zhi hua came along to meet us and so0 we set off to orchard cineleisure... There we met junkai who had juz finish his work... Finally our party started where we start singing songs regardless of old and new ones.. Even the birthdae song is not spare... LOL... There are also buffet provided also... We get to eat sushi and dim sum.... During the singing session there was a part where we purposely choose songs that are related to a person who canot see.. so0 bad rite.. lol.. Lol... so0 we juz sang and sang till 5.30 and chenghao sent malcom, mi, lian jie and calvin hme while keith sent jun kai and zhi hua sent jingyou... thx ar chenghao... Waa todae them tired... Last nite i was workin frm 8pm to 6am wif calvin.. While working there we get to drink a few cups of martel or chivas frm customers due to us serving them... I was abit drunk frm there but my mind was rather awake... I reach hme at ard 7.20 and slp at 8... Dun wan drink during work le canot tahan... todae is my first dae bak to work again... Juz started workin at dragonfly... I am rather tired due to the long hr of standing.. old liao... But it was rather a new experience to work at a pub... I learnt quite a number of tings there and will continue to do so0.. Hope i will have a pleasant time there... Btw few daes ago I went to my class chalet which consist 2W03/02 pple of cuz... First of all i will like to thank Crystal for orgainising this activity and i appreciate it... It was rather fun wif all the jokes and laughters kept goin on... I reali felt bonded wif the class due to tis chalet and i appreciate the time i spent wif them.. They will certainly be part of my memories.. The 2nd dae is our bbq dae where we went to the e-hub to purchase all the stuffs and get prepare by nite time..
I participate by preparing the food wif jessie and yvonne for malcom, wailiang, ken, luhao to start the bbq-ing.. Jingyou help us by starting up the fire as he is a scout member b4... Thx bro.. He was my pri schmates and i happen to contact him bak throught Calvin from 02 class.. The world is reali small as most of my classmates also now noe my pri sch friends... I am Bukit Panjang Pri btw.. LOLS... Tats all for now ba... Wo hern lei le... Nw transform to pig le.. zZZzz..

2W03/02 clicks!

yeahh!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am bak!!!!! lol... now to enjoy holidae!!! but i am goin to work hees... 2dae was a tiring dae, after our WT paper (last 1 le!!) class 2w03/02 went to celebrate amy and malcom birthdae!! hapi birthdae to them!! We went to a restaurant at plaza sing where the restaurant is famous wif their fish servings(4gt name le ps!) hees... There we ordered different types of servings and i shared a dish wif malcom it was rather full! Jun Kai, Calvin and Lu hao also got sick with fish, prawns and fries... lol... I believe the rest is rather full too... After the heavy dinner, there comes the birthdae cake for the birthdae boi and gal.. LOLS... We sang birthdae songs for them indivdually and we bought a present for each of them... They were told to have a look at their presents and amy one was rather a surprise one... LOL... And we took pics of them wif their presents tat was rather a funi part... Try to get pics from them hees... After dinner, we walk around plaza sing awhile before leaving there.. But when we were about to leave there, i suggest them to finish the birthdae cake as it is still wif mi.. LOL... We took it away as we are too full to have it juz now.. And each of us had a piece and of cuz the birthdae boi and gal had a bigger share... 2W03/02 rox! Then we proceed to walk towards marina square, I was told tat there will be a fireworks when i reached there and i was rather shock to noe about it as there isn't any special ocassion todae... lol and we enjoy the view of the fireworks it was not bad but rather a draggy one.. Maybe i am too tired as the previous nite i was studying for WT... Tat was about how the dae ended wif mi and the PANJANGIANS leaving suntec by boarding bus 75 hme.... Next week is our class CHALET!! Looking forward to it!!!

2dae was also a bonding dae for the class 2W03 guys.. Zhi hua, lian jie, malcom, rong yuan, wailiang, calvin(2W02) but he is also part of our clicks went to plae basketball tgt.. hees.. so0 funi it was a relaxing game where we played against each other... Of cuz there are lots of jokes and laughters going on again.. After tat wailiang and i went hme 1st while the rest went to have their dinner... Wad a dae... plae again so0n hees...

yesterdae was rather a tiring dae... As usual i went for a run with wailiang, malcom, hafiz and rong yuan... As usual, we complete our rounds with our own pace... After the run, we went to vivo to meet up wif hadi, jessie, yvonne and mj.. Before meeting them we had our lunch at the habourfront interchange hawker centre... Wai liang, mal and i ate chicken rice... Hafiz ate malay rice too... Rong yuan intended to eat at a later time... After our lunch we went to met the gals and hadi at burger king.. There, they are having their dinner... lol... After all of us is full, we acompany hadi to purchase rubix cube for his friend birthdae present.. After purchasing the gift, hadi left us to go and find his friends... Then we went to start our study session at the level 3 of vivo... We settle ourselves at a sheltered complex and we sat at the highest floor... There we started revising WT and OOAD.... After awhile, a gal and a guy from another group of strangers approach us and the gal ask mi to help her out with her forfeit by letting her to feed mi with the hotdog she was holding wif a fork. I was shocked and i did ate the hotdog... Malcom and wailiang kept teasing mi and malcom had his taste too.. He was fed by another guy from tat group too.. Haha... Overall we studied abit but it was rather fun where all the conversations and jokes was going on... Then we went to the subway to have our dinner... I ate teriyaki chicken, rong yuan had tuna and i forgot wad mal and wailiang shared.. The rest had cookies and we continued to chat and chat... I was rather tired during tat time... After the dinner, we decided to go home by train.. During the journey bak home, there are lotz of discussion going on... photos will be posted so0n!

Right after the celebration, i rush to Vivo to meet my bro Joeyee.. It had been a while i seen him.. Fit NS man le... lol... We bought wines like e33, heinekens and vodka for a drink at the level 3 of vivo... Go and locate our spot... At there we plae games like 3,6,9 where we canot sae those numbers with this digits and replace it by clapping.. This is where we are playing... Lok at joyee and ah wang disscusing so0 enthu...

Ahaa.. The 2 beauties of the dae is wif us actuali 3 but i did not saw mj as she gt smth on and left earlier.. Over there, crystal (thinking hard by scratching head?) and yvonne ( tinking hard and quiet) was suggesting playin 007 where the piang piang game started... lol... The punishment was rather ok where ah wang had to shout who she love towards the sea... I did push up.. and so0 on.... those who was there shall noe wad happen..

I was watching koizora Sky of Love todae... I knew that it was a romance movie and it appears to be a touching one... It all started with an unexpected first love for Mika and also a long lasting one for her. She lost her hp and was eventually found by her 1st love Hiro and this is how their love story started. Hiro had shown that he was ready to pour all his love towards Mika by willing to do everytin for her simply juz to give her happiness and a sweet smile on her face.. He had shown to be a responsible guy who did not run away the problem of Mika's pregnancy and had shown the desire to go through the proccess of having the baby with Mika. Guys please learn dun be a freaking jerk... Hiro also had the courage to face Mika's family to show that he is willing to take care of Mika and their baby by quitting school and search for a job.. Suddenly, due to some confrontation between Mika and Hiro's ex gf, Mika lost their baby from a fall. It was a sad incident and it happened on Christmas eve... When Mika was at the hospital, Hiro kept praying at a temple for the safety of the Mika and their baby. Still they lost their baby. T.T
They also made a promise to visit their baby on this veri dae- Christmas eve on every year tgt.
Mika said "If ending a relationship is tis painful, then i dun wan to fall in love again.. ever again.."
Things when worst when Hiro started to avoid Mika and purposely caused an incident to sour their relationship. He wanted to break up with Mika.... But all these comes with a reason.... Mika kept confronting Hiro for the reasons and it was not answered...
After a year, Mika get to noe Yu who is rather the gentle and calm type can also be an ideal guy for gals.. As time passes, their relationship turn better but still the timing is not rite for them... reali...
After the 3rd year Christmas eve, Mika met Hiro's best friend and she was told that Hiro was not able to visit their baby anymore... It all comes with a reason that he had a cancer during that time... Hiro juz wan Mika to carry on with her life with smiles and happiness as he knew that he was not able to provide all that. He chose to gave up by breaking up.. Still he was waiting for Mika and fighting the disease alone..
Yu was sad to know all abt these and he knew that Mika will go for Hiro... So0 he let her go as stopping your love gal to find her true love is reali horrible.. T.T
And all these ended with a big round of circle. With Mika taking care of Hiro at the hospital, wanting to be with him all the time... Hiro wanted to be the sky therefore he can alwaes be there to look after Mika and be there for her... Nice rite? Eventually, Hiro died and he was able to see Mika through his hp and told her to alwaes smile....
Hiro also wrote a so0 call diary to Mika with every page full of Mika stuffs and there was a sketch of the 3 of them Hiro, Mika and their child.... Sweet rite?

A tirring dae

Today is the last day of sch terms as 2 more weeks later will be start of my examinations. Jyjy! Time flew fast as this is how our 3rd sem has gone by. Right after our DB lesson today, we have a small gathering to have a good conversation among ourselves- 2W03... We are planning for our on coming chalets right after the examination weeks. I believe it will be a wonderfull gathering for all of us to relax and have fun... We slack and share stuffs in our classrooms till 2.30 before lianjie suggest to leave and have our lunch at canteen 1- our hotspot for lunch when it is not crowded... I shared a table with mei jing, yvonne, hadi, wailiang and CRYSTAL! while lian jie, lu hao, malcom and zhi hua sat on the other as our group is rather big. As usual we crack jokes and enjoyed our lunch tgt. When we are about to leave for the DB extra lesson, we saw haifz and he left us in a short while with smth to attend to.
In the class, it started well at first as time passes by, the zZZzz sign started to show and i took a nap till the tutorer ask mi to try solving a question.... LOLS.. We kept joking and made fun of each other by giving each of us a nickname... That was rather funny thx to malcom, zhi hua and lu hao... lols... LAstly when we went home, some1 cal wailiang liang liang... that was rather erm erm and it was also mistaken as mal mal... hees... 2W03 rox..
